If you are new to our parish or just visiting, we invite you to join us for our Mass on Saturdays at 4:30 PM or Sundays at 10:30 AM. Please introduce yourself to our priest or deacon, and they will make the welcome more personal. If you join us on the Third Sunday of the month (exept June, July, and August), please stay Mass in the vestibule for our Hospitality Sunday to enjoy donuts, coffee, and fellowship with other parishioners and visitors.
Our parish has roots in the 1st Catholic Mass celebrated in the English-speaking colonies on March 25, 1634 on St. Clement's Island, just down the road from the parish church. While many of our parishioners can trace their roots back to those original families from England, our parish has also been enriched through the years by visitors who liked the area so much they stayed! We invite you to consider joining our community by filling out a registration form below.
Please review our website to see how you can get involved.
We're Catholic because the eternal God of the universe loves us so much that he sent his only begotten Son to redeem us from our sin, bring us into his divine life, and immerse us in this truth and love. Essentially, being Catholic is a heavenly gift intended to allow us to become fully human, fully alive, fully invested with the beauty of our awesome God!
We believe that we are the original Christian Church, which began when Jesus himself said to the Apostle Peter, "You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it." Every pope since then has been part of an unbroken line of succession since Peter, the first pope.
We believe that God invites each of us into an intimate and personal relationship through Jesus Christ. If you are interested in becoming Catholic, please click on the link below.
