In 2023, Cardinal Wilton Gregory appointed Fr. Kevin Fields to Administrator of Holy Angels Parish in Avenue and Sacred Heart Parish in Bushwood. He is the District of Columbia State Chaplain of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Fr. Fields was Parochial Vicar of St. Elizabeth Parish in Rockville from 2021 to 2023. Ordained to the priesthood in 2018, he was Parochial Vicar of St. Mary Parish in Rockville from 2018 to 2021. Fr. Fields completed his priestly formation at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary, earning both a Master of Divinity degree and a Master of Arts degree in Theology with a concentration in Moral Theology. He also holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Baltimore and was a Maryland Chapter Officer with the American Society for Public Administration. An alumnus of Canisius University, Fr. Fields grew up at St. Peter Parish in Olney.
